What if I don't have my phone?
If your phone is lost or stolen, we strongly recommend that you change your QNAP ID password (you should also notify your cell phone carrier). Your cell phone carrier might be able to disable your lost or stolen phone and stop sending SMS text messages to it. In the meantime you can select to have verification codes sent to your email address in order to sign in to your QNAP ID.
If you cannot get into your QNAP account by any other way, please contact the QNAP helpdesk. This process may take several days.
